HRH The Duke of Edinburgh attends Freedom of the Town Parade

HRH The Duke of Edinburgh attended a Freedom of the Town Parade for The Queen’s Royal Hussars on Saturday 20 June in Warwick, where he was met by Warwickshire's Lord-Lieutenant, Tim Cox. As the regiment's Colonel-in-Chief, HRH watched approximately 120 soldiers and a military band march through the historic town centre before they concluded the event at the Collegiate Church of St Mary.

The Queen's Royal Hussars regiment was granted the Freedom of Warwick by Warwick Town Council in recognition of its longstanding history with the town.
