HRH The Princess Royal attends Tag Fest '26 in Warwickshire

HRH The Princess Royal attended Tag Fest '26, a tag rugby competition for young players with learning disabilities. It was organised by Wooden Spoon, a rugby charity of which The Princess Royal is the Patron. She was met by Mr Pal Sanghera, the Vice Lord-Lieutenant for Warwickshire, trustees of the charity, and officials of the Broadstreet Rugby Club near Coventry where the event took place.

Teams of young people from across the UK attended for a day of inclusive sport followed by a disco. HRH The Princess Royal spoke to many of the parents, volunteers, and children and young adults, even responding to a few high fives from the excited players! Read more
