Whitnash Summer Event & Warwickshire Crimebeat

30th June:  The Lord Lieutenant, Tim Cox, attended Whitnash Summer Event & Warwickshire Crimebeat celebrations of the County Boxing Club.  This was the first community boxing event and awards ceremony at Cleary's Boxing Gym and certificates were awarded to a number of participating young people by the Lord Lieutenant.

29th June:  Armed Forces Day:  David Kelham DL represented the Lord Lieutenant at the celebrations in St Nicholas Park.

25th June:  A reception was held at the Judges House in Warwick hosted by the Lord Lieutenant for the Ambassadors of the Lieutenancy who have been appointed on an informal basis to help the work of the Lieutenant.

24th June:  A formal launch of the Armed Forces Week was held in front of the Shire Hall in Warwick which included veterans, reservists and Civic heads.  There will be many events held this week with special thank you not only to active military people in our County but also to recognise and thank the families that support them.
